★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reclamação contra a empresa e me enviaram uma cartinha que caso não retirasse a reclamação “seria objeto de ação de dano contra minha pessoa”. Achando que vão amedrontar de RECLAMAR! Se você tem ou teve problema com a empresa não se omite a reclamar, ou dividir sua experiência, para que outras pessoas não venham a passar pelo mesmo problema! Está no seu direito! Pq para a reclamação que fiz não houve retorno, mas para mandar carta dizendo que vai fazer uma ação foram rápidos! Resolvam e administrem direito!! Toda reclamação para empresa será feita no site de vcs agora.

Falta de comunicação e comprometimento com o cliente, não se lembrando que marcou de mostrar o apartamento, fazendo com que você espere e ainda chega para te atender na má vontade, sem cativar o cliente, não motivando o aluguel do imóvel... Ainda passando pelo constrangimento de assitir discussão da corretora com a gerente de um estabelecimento que estava com a chave do apartamento. ( A gerente do estabelecimento teve mais vontade de me atender sendo que ela não tinha nada a ver com a locação do imóvel, do que a própria corretora, que chegou atrasada não se lembrando, e querendo ir embora..)
Terrible attendance. Lack of communication and commitment with the customer, not remembering that marked the apartment showing, making you wait and still comes to serve you grudgingly, without captivating the customer, not motivating the rental of the property ... Still passing for the embarrassment of watching the broker's discussion with the manager of an establishment with the key to the apartment. (The property manager was more eager to meet me as she had nothing to do with the rental of the property, than the real estate agent, who arrived late not remembering, and wanting to leave ..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência péssima com essa imobiliária, aguardei oito dias para análise dos meus documentos, quando o informado é que são cinco dias. Quando recebi a mensagem informando que foi aprovada. Fiquei contente e comemorei, momentos depois percebo que os valores mencionados não eram compatíveis ao imóvel que eu visitei. Entrei em contato e fui informado que era o imóvel errado e o que eu visitei e estava interessado já havia sido locado. Fico chocado com a falta de respeito com as expectativas pra com próximo. Foram diversas tentativas de contato por whatsapp, sempre visualizando e nunca respondendo, não dandoo mínimo de posicionamento e quando dão, está errado! Lamentável!

I contacted and was informed that it was the wrong property and the one I visited and was interested in had already been leased. I am shocked by the lack of respect for expectations of others. There were several attempts to contact by whatsapp, always viewing and never responding, not giving a minimum of positioning and when they do, it's wrong! Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deixou sem luz e em vez de tentar resolver o problema, a imobiliária desligou o telefone na minha cara (literalmente ). Estou sem luz, em hotel e de favor na casa de familiares. Na hora de alugar é uma maravilha, gentileza atrás dentileza, depois é só ladeira a baixo. PÉSSIMO PARA CARA DE VOCÊS HERTZ!
It left me without light and instead of trying to solve the problem, the real estate agent hung up on me (literally). I am without electricity, in a hotel and in favor with family members. When it comes to renting, it's wonderful, kindness after kindness, then it's just downhill. BAD FOR YOU HERTZ GUYS!
