Procurei uma nutricionista para fins de emagrecimento e para ter uma alimentação, mas saudável. De inicio fez todas as minhas avaliações físicas, conheceu minha rotina, já sai com o cardápio em mãos via “APP”, dar atenção via whatsapp, já na segunda consulta com os exames que foram solicitados descobri que estava com déficit de vitamina B12, D e Ferro, motivo do meu cansaço, disposição, muito fadigada e com dificuldade de emagrecer. Com a orientação da nutri fui até um profissional que aplica suplementação, apos a segunda seção de aplicação de nutrientes me sinto melhor, bem disposta, eu não conseguia fazer 10 min de esteira hoje já consigo fazer toda treino de musculação mais 30min de esteira.

At the beginning, she did all my physical assessments, got to know my routine, already left with the menu in hand via "APP", pay attention via whatsapp, already in the second consultation with the exams that were requested I found out that I was deficient in vitamin B12, D and Ferro, reason for my tiredness, disposition, very tired and with difficulty in losing weight. With the guidance of nutri I went to a professional who applies supplementation, after the second section of application of nutrients I feel better, in a good mood, I couldn't do 10 minutes on the treadmill, now I can do every weight training plus 30 minutes on the treadmill.
