★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locamos mesas e toalhas certinho, mas o freezer não gelou adequadamente, informamos de imediato o que estava acontecendo, pediram para aguardarmos 15 horas e não gelou. Foram avaliar e simplesmente disseram que era assim mesmo. Como um freezer fica ligado por 15 horas e não gela as bebidas? Como em outros comentários são intransigentes, estão certos e ponto. Nem para abater o valor de gelo não aceitaram. Foram buscar sem avisar, aí tivemos que esvaziar as pressas com convidados. Prestação de serviço é algo realmente complicado, mas busquem entregar o básico o necessário, se não fica difícil infelizmente.
We located tables and towels correctly, but the freezer did not freeze properly, we immediately informed what was happening, they asked us to wait 15 hours and it did not freeze. They went to evaluate and simply said that it was the same. How can a freezer stay on for 15 hours and not freeze drinks? As other comments are uncompromising, they are right and period. Not even to abate the value of ice they did not accept. They went to get it without warning, then we had to empty it in a hurry with guests. Service provision is something really complicated, but try to deliver the basics necessary, otherwise it is unfortunately difficult.
