★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive no local por algumas vezes e sempre fomos muito bem atendidos e servidos. Mas hoje infelizmente passamos por uma situação constrangedora, ao chegar no local as 21:00 uma funcionária nos atendeu (sem máscara e toca) E já foi logo dizendo que fechariam as 22:00, perguntamos se ainda daria tempo e a resposta foi curta e grossa " É fechamos as Dez" até aí tudo bem pq normalmente somos breve e nossa filha queria o milk sheik e permanecemos no local, passados exatos 18 minutos ainda não tínhamos sequer o pedido tirado pela moça, até mesmo após a cozinheira pedir que ela atendesse a mesa, na sequência inclusive entrou um grupo com 7 pessoas que tbm foram "expulsos" do local. Diante disso e pela demora em nos atender, e consequentemente o curto tempo que restaria para nos alimentarmos, decidimos ir embora , sem que nosso pedido fosse sequer tirado.
Esse relato e para que o proprietário fique atento a quem está responsável pelo negócio quando ele está ausente pq todas as outras vezes que estivemos lá, ele estava no local e as coisas funcionavam perfeitamente, mas hoje foi vergonhoso.

But today, unfortunately, we went through an embarrassing situation, when we arrived at the place at 9:00 pm an employee attended us (without a mask and cap) And it was already said that they would close at 10:00 pm, we asked if there was still time and the answer was short and thick "It's closed at Ten" so far so good because we are usually brief and our daughter wanted the milk sheik and we stayed in the place, after exactly 18 minutes we still had not even the order taken by the girl, even after the cook asked her to answer the table, as a result, even entered a group of 7 people who were also "expelled" from the place. Given this and the delay in serving us, and consequently the short time that would be left for us to feed, we decided to leave, without our order being even taken away.
This report is for the owner to be aware of who is responsible for the business when he is away because every other time we were there, he was there and things worked perfectly, but today it was shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Minha família e eu acabamos de sair deste restaurante as 21:30 sem comer nada! Chegamos no local as 21 em ponto, moça veio nos atender (com cara feia, cabelos soltos e sem mascara, falta de higiene total, *detalhe, é a mesma quem serve o lanche) já veio logo dizendo, hoje fechamos as 22hs, nós inocentemente perguntamos se não daria tempo de responder e a mesma respondeu, sim farei o pedido rápido... Pasmem, sai 21:30 e ela não tirou nosso pedido, logo chegou uma galera de umas 8 pessoas que prontamente foram dispensadas... Nos, insistimos em esperar, porém após a cara da Cozinha que tbm estava sem máscara e da atende, de pouco caso, nós sentimos constrangidos e fomos embora, decepcionados pois somos da região e está era a nossa 4* visita ao local que hoje nos perde como clientes, assim como devem ter pedido por isso... Nas nossas visitas anteriores, o dono estava presente, e não tínhamos a reclamar... ficamos tristes pois trata-se de um restaurante pequeno onde acredito que cada pedido faça a diferença, principalmente no momento que estamos vivendo, mas infelizmente em 30minutos foram 11 lanches (ao total) perdidos e o mais valioso deles foi o da minha filha de 6 anos que foi embora chorando sem o milkshake dela! Nosso sentimento, maior do que insatisfação eh de tristeza, pois a intenção do dono com certeza é boa!
Terrible attendance! My family and I just left this restaurant at 9:30 pm without eating anything! Amazingly, it leaves 21:30 and she did not take our order, soon arrived a group of about 8 people who were promptly dismissed... , we insisted on waiting, but after the face of the Kitchen that was also unmasked and the answer, we felt embarrassed and left, disappointed because we are from the region and this was our 4th visit to the place that we are now lost as clients, as they must have asked for it... In our previous visits, the owner was present, and we had no complaints... we were sad because it is a small restaurant where I believe that every order makes a difference, mainly in the moment we are living, but unfortunately nte in 30 minutes there were 11 snacks (total) lost and the most valuable of them was my 6 year old daughter who left crying without her milkshake! Our feeling, greater than dissatisfaction and sadness, because the owner's intention is certainly good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche chegou dentro do horário porém frio, batatas fritas, o hambúrguer estava Allejo muito seco, péssimo, o pedido veio errado, chegaram três lanches mas havia pedido de dois. Triste, não valeu!
Snack arrived on time but cold, french fries, the Allejo hamburger was very dry, terrible, the order came wrong, three snacks arrived but I had ordered two. Sad, it was not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche muito bom. Das vezes que pedimos sempre fomos muito bem atendimentos e hamburguers de ótima qualidade e artasanais. Torço para que prosperem e cresçam ainda mais na região.

2 vezes fui pessoalmente e uma vez fiz pelo whatsapp. Em todos fui bem atendido com sugestões e tudo mais.
Os lanches são maravilhosos, batata rústica muito boa também, milk shake bem capricho também , tudo muito bom.
Na semana do dia 07/08/20 fui no local e estava disponível para comer no local.
Enfim, até o momento não deixou a desejar em nenhum quesito.

The snacks are wonderful, rustic potatoes are also very good, milk shake is also very good, all very good.
