★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bonito e aconchegante assim como o bar. Porém alguns funcionários estavam mal instruídos e deram informações erradas. Sem contar que o website não estava claro, dando a entender que deveríamos comprar ingresso para uma exposição que na verdade era gratuita.
Beautiful and cozy place as well as the bar. But some staff were misunderstood and gave wrong information. Not to mention that the website was unclear, implying that we should buy tickets for an exhibition that was actually free.

Felizmente já tinha encontrado um imóvel em outra imobiliária. Mas isso aconteceu comigo, então não posso julgar ser bom ou ruim. Pra mim em particular não foi bom.
I passed the place, asked for information, was poorly attended, waited for the return by mobile phone the next day. They returned to me 3 days later. Luckily I had already found a property in another real estate. But it happened to me, so I can't judge it to be good or bad. For me in particular it was not good.
