★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive nesta equipadora para colocar fumê no vidro dianteiro. Relato a péssima experiência que tive. Ao chegar no local percebi que já tinha um carro sendo atendido. Falei com o atendente sobre preços e já acertado por 50 reais o mesmo informou que só tinha um carro e pediu para aguardar na sala de espera (sem iluminação e nem ar-condicionado). Esperei por 40min, e achei estranho a demora e fui verificar o carro que estava na minha frente. Perguntei a senhor que coloca o fumê se faltava muito e ele falava rápido e baixo que mal dava pra entender! Ele nem olha pra você para responder alguma pergunta. Parece que trabalha com raiva, chateado com a vida ou algo do tipo. Mas como percebi que tinha várias janelas para serem concluídas, já tinha tirado a conclusão. Comentei com ele que o meu era somente o vidro dianteiro e simplesmente ele ignorou e disse que talvez não ficasse legal porque era um dia de chuva e talvez embaçasse o vidro. Nessa hora fiquei sem entender porque ele já estava aplicando o fumê em um carro. Esse senhor passou uma imagem extremamente negativa. Depois de perceber a falta de interesse em me atender, fiz a melhor escolha, FUI EMBORA PRA NUNCA MAIS VOLTAR!. Funcionários despreparados, que não orientam o cliente. Até parece que é uma empresa multinacional, que um cliente não irá fazer diferença. Não irei indicar esse lugar, JAMAIS, pra ninguém!
I had this equipment to put smoke on the front window. I report the bad experience I had. Upon arriving at the site I realized that I already had a car being serviced. I spoke with the attendant about prices and already agreed for 50 reais he informed that he only had one car and asked to wait in the waiting room (without lighting or even air conditioning). I waited for 40 minutes, and I thought the delay was strange and went to check the car in front of me. I asked the man who puts the smoked if it was missing a lot and he spoke fast and quietly that I could barely understand! He doesn't even look at you to answer any questions. It seems that he works in anger, upset with life or something. But as I realized that I had several windows to complete, I had already concluded the conclusion. I commented to him that mine was only the front window and he simply ignored it and said that it might not be cool because it was a rainy day and it might fog the glass. At that time, I didn't understand why he was already applying smoke on a car. This gentleman gave an extremely negative image. After realizing the lack of interest in attending me, I made the best choice, I WENT AWAY NEVER TO RETURN !. Unprepared employees, who do not guide the customer. It seems that is a multinational company, a customer will not make a difference. I will NOT recommend this place, EVER, to anyone!
