★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui ao hospital às 23h de terça feira passada. No Google diz que o funcionamento é 24 horas. Mas, ao chegar, tudo estava fechado. O plano de saúde do meu cachorro entrou em contato e foi informado, enquanto eu aguardava do lado de fora, que só estavam atendendo em horário comercial. Vale ressaltar que o hospital fica na entrada de uma comunidade sem asfalto e iluminação pública. Segurança não há nenhuma. Esse texto tem a finalidade de servir de alerta. Só estão atendendo em horário comercial e a localização é muito perigosa. Não tem onde estacionar pois o hospital fica num bequinho da comunidade. Atenção redobrada se forem de Uber ou ônibus.
Unfortunately I went to the hospital at 23:00 last Tuesday. On Google it says that it works 24 hours a day. But when I arrived, everything was closed. My dog's health insurance company got in touch and was informed, while I was waiting outside, that they were only open during business hours. It is noteworthy that the hospital is at the entrance to a community without asphalt and public lighting. Security there is none. This text is intended to serve as a warning. They are only open during business hours and the location is very dangerous. There is no place to park because the hospital is in an alley in the community. Pay extra attention if traveling by Uber or bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica! Recepcionista parece um ogro! Esse "Doutor Marcondes" é um verdadeiro açougueiro. A cachorrinha da minha amiga precisou ser internada as pressas lá com sintomas de Parvovirose - detalhe que eles diagnosticaram isso exame algum E DEVOLVERAM A CACHORRA TOTALMENTE ABERTA SEM UMA SUTURAÇÃO AO MENOS. Quando minha amiga viu a foto da cachorra tirou imediatamente de lá! Não levem seus pets pra lá, são totalmente irresponsáveis!
Terrible clinic! Receptionist looks like an ogre! This "Doctor Marcondes" is a real butcher. My friend's dog had to be rushed there with symptoms of Parvovirus - detail that they diagnosed it with no exam AND RETURNED THE DOG FULLY OPEN WITHOUT AT LEAST A SUTURE. When my friend saw the picture of the dog she immediately took it from there! Don't take your pets there, they are totally irresponsible!
