Pessoal bem educado e prestativo.
Todos os equipamentos possíveis. Manutenção bem razoável.
Não tem muito o que adicionar em uma academia.
Possui em torno de 18 vagas no recuo do prédio, considerando frente e lateral, e 0800. Mas se estiver lotado é fácil estacionar no entorno, em horário de pico.
Banheiro é muuuuito frio. Podiam diminuir o ar.

There's not much to add to a gym.
It has around 18 spaces in the back of the building, considering the front and side, and 0800. But if it's crowded, it's easy to park in the surroundings, at peak hours.
Bathroom is soooo cold. They could turn down the air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora seja uma academia HI e esteja numa área nobre da cidade, está deixando a desejar na gestão. As aulas que haviam anteriormente estão sumindo dos horários da manhã. Vários dias com janelas de horário ( sem aulas). Se esse era um diferencial à unidade, está tornando-se igual as outras que oferecem os serviços apenas de musculação. Os profissionais que orientam são estudantes de educação física, ficando apenas 1 profissional formado por horário ( isso se não estiver de férias). Quando estão todos atendendo por turno ficam em média 3 profissionais ( instrutores)para se desdobrar para orientar diversos usuários da academia. Ultimamente até material para higienização de máquinas está em falta.
Although it is a HI academy and is in a prime area of the city, it is lacking in management. The classes that were previously held are disappearing from the morning hours. Several days with time windows (no classes). If this was a differentiator to the unit, it is becoming like the others that only offer bodybuilding services. The professionals who guide are physical education students, leaving only 1 trained professional per schedule (if you are not on vacation). When they are all working in shifts, an average of 3 professionals (instructors) are deployed to guide various users of the gym. Lately, even material for cleaning machines is in short supply.
