★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Levei dias para conseguir cancelar meu plano e já faz 16 dias que meu plano foi (finalmente) cancelado e eles ainda não devolveram o valor que foi passado no meu cartão de crédito. Muita dor de cabeça. Não recomendo!
Terrible attendance. It took me days to cancel my plan and it's been 16 days since my plan was (finally) canceled and they still haven't refunded the amount that was written on my credit card. A lot of headache. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Cancelei meu plano há mais de 30 dias e não me devolvem o valor. Dizem que o setor financeiro vai entrar em contato por email e nada. Depois de muito insistir pediram meu número mas mesmo assim não entraram ligaram. Se não dão previsão sequer de quando vão entrar em contato, quem dirá do estorno (cujo lançamento deveria ocorrer em no máximo 30 dias, ou seja , está em atraso).
Terrible attendance. I canceled my plan more than 30 days ago and they don't refund me. They say that the financial sector will contact you by email and nothing. After a lot of insisting they asked for my number but they still didn't come in, they called. If they don't even give a forecast of when they will get in touch, let alone the reversal (which release should take place within a maximum of 30 days, that is, it is overdue).

Descaso com o cliente, uma vez que eu falo e sou ignorada no atendimento via WhatsApp. Uma vergonha!
