As funcionárias da loja extremamente displicentes, parecendo que estavam fazendo um favor em me atender. Constantemente olhando o celular sem dar atenção, andando de chinelo pela loja, saindo na rua pra conversar com os clientes... chegou ao ponto de ter um cachorro dentro da loja com uma das funcionarias segurando a coleira do bicho.
Sem contar que te cobram 5 reais pra enviar foto digitalizada por email, dps de ter pago 23 reais pela copia física.
Ridiculo... nao volto mais!
Two stars because Yasmine edited my photo in the specific pattern I needed.
The staff at the store were extremely casual, looking like they were doing me a favor. Constantly looking at the cell phone without paying attention, walking in flip-flops around the store, going out on the street to talk to customers ... it got to the point of having a dog inside the store with one of the employees holding the animal's collar.
Not to mention that they charge you 5 reais to send a scanned photo by email, after having paid 23 reais for the physical copy.
Ridiculous ... I won't be back!

Ainda fui informada que estariam prontas antes do prazo que imaginei. Nada a reclamar..espero que o atendimento seja sempre positivo ?.
I was very well attended. Fast, objective service and excellent result. I sent all the photos through WhatsApp and the next day they were ready at the agreed time. I was even informed that they would be ready before the deadline I imagined. Nothing to complain about..I hope the service is always positive ?.

The first time I developed it in the store and right away a super helpful service via zap and email and I loved the result of my photos were wonderful not to mention the wonderful price !! I loved it
