★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pois deixei meu monitor para ajustar no dia 09/07/2021 que estava com problema APENAS na entrada HDMI, o técnico me sugeriu trocar a placa principal. Dei ok para o serviço indicando que eu queria a placa original de volta, visto que estava APENAS com problema no HDMI.
me disseram que estaria pronto na mesma tarde daquele dia....
Quando liguei me enrolaram por uma semada precisei ir la pra descobrir que o técnico retirou a memória da minha placa original para colocar em uma outra e não funcionou, também não sendo possível devolver a memória para minha placa.
Agora, 2 meses depois ele quer que EU compre uma placa nova que ele colocaria de graça .....
Enfim.... nao corram risco!
26/11/2021 - Finalmente me devolveram o monitor funcionando, mas com uma placa velha/usada. Quando questionei o técnico ele respondeu "pelo preço que eu te dei, você queria o quê? Tá exigindo muito"
13/02/2022 - o técnico tá falando q eu abandonei o aparelho. Postei o vídeo da nossa conversa no whatsapp no youtube. Quem tiver interesse pede o vídeo aqui q eu mando o link. Vão ver eu mandar mensagem mensalmente pra cobrar o aparelho. Fora q ele visualizava e nunca respondia. Eu precisava ligar pra secretária pra ela avisar pra ele me responder.
I don't recommend it because I left my monitor to adjust on 07/09/2021 that I had a problem ONLY with the HDMI input, the technician suggested me to change the main board. I gave ok to the service indicating that I wanted the original card back, since I was JUST having a problem with the HDMI.
I was told it would be ready the same afternoon that day....
When I turned it on, they hooked me up for a week, I had to go there to find that the technician removed the memory from my original board to put it on another and it didn't work, and it wasn't possible to return the memory to my board.
Now 2 months later he wants me to buy a new board that he would put on for free.....
Anyway.... don't take any risk!
11/26/2021 - Finally got my monitor back working, but with an old/used card. When I questioned the technician he replied "for the price I gave you, what did you want? You're demanding a lot"
02/13/2022 - the technician is saying that I abandoned the device. I posted the video of our conversation on whatsapp on youtube. Anyone interested ask for the video here and I'll send the link. You'll see me send a monthly message to charge the device. Other than that he visualized and never responded. I needed to call the secretary to let her know so he could answer me.
