★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, esse mês fiz minha primeira compra e não voltarei a comprar novamente. Vendedores e atendentes não possuem nenhuma sincronia com o serviço de entregas e o descaso comigo foi total. Já liguei várias vezes e nunca recebi retorno.
Bad experience, this month I made my first purchase and I will not buy again. Salespeople and attendants have no synchrony with the delivery service and the disregard for me was total. I've called several times and never received a return.

Quando realizei a compra está tudo certo , ligaram para o motorista e falaram que estava certo para na data. E até agora nada ... Para mim e primeira e única compra , não voltou mais.....

Liguei p trocarem a caneta, a atendente me fez esperar a tarde toda, qdo chegou a noite entrei em contato e disseram que nem estava montada. O atendimento foi ridículo, a atendente sem educação e ainda me fez perde tempo! Disseram que vem hoje... vamos ver...
POOR after sales service! I asked to assemble my mobile at home and they sent assemblers! It came all scratched and the drawer crooked! I called to change the pen, the attendant made me wait all afternoon, when night came I got in touch and they said it wasn't even mounted. The service was ridiculous, the attendant was uneducated and even made me waste time! They said they're coming today... let's see...
