Primeiro... É a educação de toda a equipe desde aos donos e os funcionários.
Segundo... É a qualidade e competência dessa empresa, não enrolam o cliente diz como muita firmeza o que realmente está acontecendo com o aparelho.
Já fui muito enganada em outros lugares onde queriam apenas arrancar meu dinheiro e o problemas sempre persistiam, até eu conhecer a HIATEC Assistência Técnica, nunca mais levei meus nootbook em outro lugar.
Eu daria se possível umas 200 estrelas para essa empresa.

What I have to highlight are two points.
First... It's the education of the entire team from the owners and employees.
Second... It's the quality and competence of this company, they don't fool the customer, they say very firmly what is really happening with the device.
I've been very deceived in other places where they just wanted to get my money and the problems always persisted, until I met HIATEC Technical Assistance, I never took my nootbook anywhere else.
I would give this company 200 stars if possible.
