Após eu comentar, em alto tom o absurdo e indignação, resolveram me trazer uma omelete simples!
E, pasmem, fui cobrada pela omelete com queijo!
Meu acompanhante pediu a mesma, como o meu prato chegou primeiro e vimos que estava estragada, pediu para trocar!
Queriam cobrar a mista dele tb!
Um absurdo de caro e péssimo atendimento!!!
I ordered an omelet and the cheese was spoiled! They didn't want to change my plate for claiming it was expired!
After I commented, in a loud tone of absurdity and indignation, they decided to bring me a simple omelet!
And, amazingly, I was charged for the cheese omelet!
My companion asked for the same, as my dish arrived first and we saw that it was spoiled, he asked to change it!
They wanted to charge his mix too!
It's ridiculously expensive and bad service!!!
