We indicated Hidratec because we asked for a budget with two other companies and none found the leak in addition to charging more for the visit.

Chamei a Hidratec por indicação de um amigo meu, onde a mesma já havia localizado um vazamento complexo em seu condomínio. No meu apartamento o vazamento foi achado pelo Denis com rapidez e precisão.
Great! I had a problem with a leak in my apartment and I called three companies for the location and none of them solved it. I called Hidratec at the recommendation of a friend of mine, where it had already located a complex leak in his condo. In my apartment the leak was found by Denis quickly and accurately.

Chamei a empresa Hidratec Jundiaí para fazer uma visita técnica e detectar um vazamento que estava surgindo na parede da vizinha. O Denis esteve no imóvel e informou que não havia vazamento. Que bastava colocar Sikaflex no entorno da banheira de hidromassagem do quintal que acabaria com o problema. Só que a solução apresentada não fazia sentido, visto que só aparecia água na parede da vizinha, quando a água da rua estava ligada. Pedimos a ele que retornasse ao imóvel para rever a questão . Depois de alguns dias ele foi novamente e continuou dizendo que não havia vazamento. Considerando que era óbvio que havia um vazamento, optei por chamar a empresa Vazagua, que em menos de 10 minutos já informou aonde estava o vazamento. Quebramos, consertamos e pronto, tudo resolvido. Mandei email a Hidratec com as fotos e vídeos comprovando que realmente havia um vazamento e pedindo a restituição do valor pago, visto que ele não havia solucionado e só me fez perder tempo. Três dias após enviar o email e não receber resposta, decidi ligar para ele. Ele disse que não faria o estorno, visto que eu não deveria ter chamado outra empresa e sim, chamá-lo novamente até que ele apresentasse a solução. Não faz o menor sentido dar três chances para uma empresa encontrar um vazamento , ainda mais considerando que uma vez ciente que havia um vazamento, tive que manter a água do imóvel fechada, abrindo somente para encher a caixa.

I called Hidratec Jundiaí company to make a technical visit and detect a leak that was emerging in the wall nearby. Denis was in the property and reported that there was no leakage. That was enough to put Sikaflex surrounding the backyard hot tub that would end the problem. But the solution presented no sense, since it only appeared on the wall of water nearby when Water Street was on. We asked him to return the property to review the issue. After a few days he was again and went on to say that there was no leakage. Since it was obvious that there was a leak, I chose to call Vazagua company that in less than 10 minutes has informed where he was the leak. Broken, repaired and ready, everything settled. I sent email to Hidratec with photos and videos proving that there really was a leak and asking for a refund of the amount paid, since it had not solved and only made me lose time. Three days after sending the email and no response, I decided to call him. He said he would not do the reversal, as I should not have called another company and yes, call him again until he presented the solution. It makes no sense to give three chances for a company to find a leak, especially considering that once aware that there was a leak, had to keep the water in the closed property, opening only to fill the box.
