★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mangueira de 20 metros da marca Fama Resist 300 psi água/ar a 6 meses atrás. A mangueira começou a enrigecer e agora eles estão me negando uma garantia do produto. Um completo absurdo uma loja especializada vender um produto sem atestar sua qualidade. É um absurdo uma mangueira profissional durar menos que uma mangueira barata de supermercado. Fiquem espertos com essa empresa.
 I bought a 20 meter hose from Fama Resist 300 psi water / air 6 months ago. The hose started to harden and now they are denying me a product warranty. A complete absurdity for a specialized store to sell a product without attesting to its quality. It is absurd for a professional hose to last less than a cheap supermarket hose. Stay smart with this company.

There is no better service in BH. They were very attentive and patient and know what they are talking about. They helped me solve the washing machines connection problem that I had been trying for weeks. I recommend!
