Na segunda liguei e fui informado que deveria solicitar por email.
Mandei o email e até agora nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima a experiência. Marquei no dia 30 de Dezembro de2019 visita no dia 31 de Dezembro já que a empresa tinha horário até meio dia. Não apareceram no dia marcado, no dia 02 de janeiro / 20 ninguém apareceu ou ligou. Isso para verificação de uma bomba de piscina. Liguei hoje dia 02/janeiro e a pessoa que atendeu disse que não sabia que não tinham ido no dia 31. Argumentou que poderiam ter ido para uma emergência e perguntei porque não tinham vindo no dia 2. Argumentou que ela não marcou para hoje. ASSIM, FICA REGISTRADO EMPRESA SEM RESPONSABILIDADE E NEM CONSIDERAÇÃO COM OS CLIENTES. TÍPICO DE EMPRESA ENROLADORA. CUIDADO PESSOAL. TALVEZ FIQUE CARO PARA ELES UMA LIGAÇÃO QUE NÃO PODERIAM COMPARECER. TRISTE
It was a bad experience. I booked on December 30, 2019 visit on December 31 since the company had hours until noon. They didn't show up on the scheduled day, on January 2nd / 20 nobody showed up or called. This for checking a pool pump. I called today January 2, and the person who answered said I didn't know they hadn't gone on the 31st. He argued that they could have gone to an emergency and asked why they hadn't come on the 2nd.
