★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima atendimento! Minha esposa foi comprar uma resistência de chuveiro, não informaram que não tinham aquele modelo e simplesmente venderam outro modelo. Sem ela ter experiência e saber que comprou errado. O pior é que ao telefone, haviam me informado que tinha o modelo que eu queria. Só se preocupam em vender e não estão nem um pouco interessados com a necessidade do consumidor. Péssimo atendimento e despreparo dos funcionários e do gerente com as pessoas.
Bad service! My wife went to buy a shower heater, they didn't say they didn't have that model and simply sold another model. Without her having experience and knowing she bought it wrong. The worst thing is that on the phone, they had informed me that they had the model I wanted. They are only concerned with selling and are not interested in the consumer's needs at all. Poor service and unpreparedness of employees and the manager with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não for o melhor preço da Cidade está entre os melhores. Atendimento super rápido, diversos vendedores aptos para ajudar. Sistema on line via WhatsApp funciona mto bem também. Recomendo.
If it's not the best price in town, it's among the best. Super fast service, several sellers able to help. Online system via WhatsApp works very well too. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de aquecimento de piscinas precisava de algumas peças de conexoes e tubos e pegou neles. Deveria ser poucas pecas (loja normal aprox 600 reais), entretanto essa empresa abusa do preco e faturou em meu nome.. valor de quase 1200 reais... quase o dobro.. liguei para a empresa e falei no financeiro mas sem nenhum sucesso.. por falta de tempo paguei mas gravei a ligacao onde disseram que me retornariam, o que nunca aconteceu.. devo entrar na justica principalmente para eles nao abusarem dos precos novamente (principalmente sem negociacao previa com comprador) um absurdo mas foi para nunca mais.. cuidado e busquem outra alternativa
Pool heating company needed some fittings and pipe parts and picked them up. It should have been few pieces (normal store approx 600 reais), however this company abuses the price and invoiced on my behalf.. value of almost 1200 reais... almost double.. I called the company and spoke to the finance department but without any success .. due to lack of time I paid but recorded the call where they said they would get back to me, which never happened.. I must go to court mainly so they don't abuse the prices again (especially without prior negotiation with the buyer) an absurd but it was never again .. be careful and look for another alternative
