Reclamei, o Vendedor Lucas Freitas se esquivou por uma semana, e não resolveu meu problema. Após uma semana ligando, passando mensagem, ele disse que ia entregar a peça e não soube me informar se a peça foi ou não entregue. Ou seja, o pós venda está muito difícil, e até a presente data (01/02/2022), não tive meu problema resolvido.
I made a quote, the price was good, the seller Lucas Freitas was excellent, however, they delivered a part of hydraulics missing. I complained, Seller Lucas Freitas avoided it for a week, and it didn't solve my problem. After a week of calling, texting, he said he was going to deliver the part and he couldn't tell me if the part was delivered or not. That is, the after-sales service is very difficult, and to date (02/01/2022), I have not had my problem resolved.
