Já tive experiências boas com alguns funcionários mas já fui enganada mais de uma vez e depoimentos dessa ultima não pretendo voltar nunca mais. Me venderam a resistência errada (sendo que eu levei a antiga lá pra mostrar) e quando percebi que estava errada não aceitaram trocar, apenas me ofereceram 1 real de desconto para comprar a outra!! Acabei indo em outra loja e comprei a resistência certa por 5 reais a menos e um atendimento bem melhor.
Lousy and dishonest service from the woman who appeared to be one of the owners of the place. I've had good experiences with some employees but I've been tricked more than once and testimonies of the last one I don't intend to return ever again. They sold me the wrong resistance (since I took the old one there to show it) and when I realized it was wrong they didn't accept to exchange it, they just offered me a real discount to buy the other one !! I ended up going to another store and bought the right resistance for 5 reais less and a much better service.
