★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho, uma enrolação contínua, dois meses meu carro parado por conta desse cidadão, por fim tirei a caixa de direção de lá e exigi meu dinheiro de volta e estão me enrolando pra me dar o q é meu, não recomendo a ninguém, fujam desse lugar!!!
 Bad work, a continuous winding, two months my car stopped because of this citizen, finally I took the steering box from there and demanded my money back and they are rolling me to give me what's mine, do not recommend to anyone, run away from this place!!!

Disseram que uma remanufaturada resolveria o problema. Que arrependimento!!! Me deram garantia como o produto não daria problemas e ainda ficaram com a direção original dizendo que não prestava... Resumindo... menos de 6 meses deu problema, retornei 3 vezes pra ver se resolviam... Desisti!!! Se o seu problema for com DIREÇÃO ELÉTRICA OU HIDRÁULICA - PROCUREM A POUBEL AUTO CENTER - (22) 2759-3483 - Rua teixeira de gouveia, 1885, Centro - Macaé - RJ - isso sim é uma referência de boa mecânica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indicaria nem para o meu pior inimigo. Serviço caro, peças extremamente caras, fora que descobri que usaram peças usadas como sendo novas. Não emitem nota de venda e o proprietário é extremamente sem educação. Se meu carro tiver algum problema na direção hidráulica no futuro é só existirem eles na face da terra para prestar manutenção, prefiro mandar desinstalar a direção hidráulica em outro lugar e ficar com a direção mecânica. Pior experiência com prestação de serviço em toda a minha vida. Péssimo dos péssimos.
I wouldn't even point to my worst enemy. Expensive service, extremely expensive parts, I found out that they used used parts as being new. They do not issue a sales note and the owner is extremely uneducated. If my car has a problem with the power steering in the future, just have them on the face of the earth to provide maintenance, I prefer to have the power steering uninstalled elsewhere and keep the mechanical steering. Worst service experience in my entire life. Lousy of lousy.

Me fizeram trocar várias peças sem necessidade pois não conseguiam descobrir qual o problema, meu carro ficou mais de um mês parado na oficina. O dono fala q não precisa do negócios, por isso não se importa com ele. As sextas eles evitam de desmontar o carro porque fecham as 15hs e só reabrem na segunda.
Lack of commitment, ethics and professionalism. They made me change several parts unnecessarily because they could not find out what the problem was, my car was more than a month stopped in the workshop. The owner says he doesn't need the business, so he doesn't care about him. On Fridays they avoid taking the car apart because they close at 3pm and only reopen on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço minhas revisões na Oficina V8, e lá foi identificado que a Caixa de Direção do meu Ônix estava com problema, porém, na V8 não fazem esse tipo de serviço. Pedi recomendação lá e me disseram que o único lugar em Macaé que repara caixa de direção seria na Hidravel.
Então... Mesmo lendo aqui vários comentários negativos a respeito da Hidravel, não tive pra onde correr, já que foi o único profissional que consegui achar aqui em Macaé, que trabalha com Caixa de direção.
Levei meu carro lá, e o seu confirmou a informação que a lá na V8 já tinuma me falado, que dava pra fazer um reparo na caixa de direção, fiquei até mais aliviado por não ter que comprar uma nova devido o auto valor da peça. Então marquei com ele de levar meu carro para fazer o reparo em um dia pela manhã e pegar no final da tarde. Deixei meu carro lá as 07h30 e quando foi as 14h30 ele me ligou dizendo que o carro já estava pronto.
Resultado: Fui pegar o carro para andar e o carro estava ÓTIMO. Estou andando com o carro sem nenhum problema, a direcao nao esta mais batendo, e não dirijo mais com insegurança na direção como estava. Ele me deu uma garantia de 6 meses pelo serviço que foi feito e espero que não de mais problema.
Não tenho o que reclamar da oficina. Fui bem atendido e até então o serviço feito posso dizer que foi muito bom!!!
I do my revisions in Workshop V8, and there it was identified that the Headbox of my Onyx was in trouble, however, in V8 they do not do this type of service. I asked for a recommendation there and I was told that the only place in Macaé that repairs the steering box would be at Hidravel.
So ... Even though I read a lot of negative comments about Hidravel here, I had nowhere to run, since I was the only professional I could find here in Macaé, who works with the Direction Box.
I took my car there, and yours confirmed the information that there in the V8 had already told me, that I could do a repair on the headset, I was even more relieved to not have to buy a new one due to the auto value of the part. So I made an appointment with him to take my car to repair it one day in the morning and pick it up in the late afternoon. I left my car there at 7:30 am and when it was 2:30 pm he called me saying the car was ready.
Result: I went to get the car to walk and the car was GREAT. I am walking the car without any problem, the steering is no longer hitting, and I am no longer driving with uncertainty in the direction as it was. He gave me a guarantee of 6 months for the service that was done and I hope it is not a problem.
I have nothing to complain about the workshop. I was well attended and until then the service done I can say it was very good !!!
