★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um bom atendimento, boa variedade, um espaço bacana, relativamente organizado, quanto ao preço também não é ruim porém como há outras boas lojas de materiais elétricos e hidráulicos bem perto existe a possibilidade da comparação, porém sempre que o pagamento é feito à vista (dinheiro) existe uma margem melhor de negociação tanto na Hidroluz quanto na concorrência, porém no geral não fica devendo em nada.

Gosto muito de comprar na Hidroluz devido a tudo acima mais a simpatia no atendimento, a tranquilidade e organização.
No caso de entrega eu nunca tive problemas quanto aos prazos, sempre foram pontuais.
A loja tem bons estoques.
Eles têm diversos funcionários, que embora ágeis e conhecedores da profissão, mas devido a grande clientela, as vezes existe alguma demora, porém nada que seja exagerado.
Possui acessibilidade para cadeirantes e o trânsito na loja não ė muito difícil.
Não tem estacionamento, mas não é difícil estacionar no entorno.

Porém o atendimento somente de uns 2 vendedores e excelente, os demais o atendimento e péssimo, começando pelo caixa ate os vendedores, o cliente fica rodando na loja perdido tentando encontrar um produto e os vendedores passam por você e nao te oferecem ajuda, nem Bom-dia ou boa tarde dão, exceto os dois vendedores que tem um excelente atendimento como citado a cima. Mas a loja e muito boa, tem muita mercadoria.
