Um homem magro, de uns 50 e tantos anos, que julgo ser o dono, foi bem ríspido e já aparentava estar sem paciência quando entramos na loja. Atende com má vontade e claramente não gosta de trabalhar com o público. Talvez seja o caso de ficar nos bastidores e deixar que profissionais mais cordiais e qualificados façam o atendimento. Desisti da compra por causa do atendimento. Ser educada e receber coices é muito desagradável. The service is very rude. A thin man in his mid-fifties who I think owns him was gruff and already looking out of patience when we entered the store. He eagerly meets and clearly does not like working with the public. Perhaps it is the case of getting behind the scenes and letting more cordial and qualified professionals do the service. I gave up buying because of the service. Being polite and recoiled is very unpleasant.
