Mas, o técnico, com pressa de ir embora, no começo disse que o misturador não estava com vazamento. O cliente iria solicitar reparo se uma torneira não estivesse com problema? Mas, na realidade, o técnico não trouxe a peça pra fazer o reparo. Quando liguei na loja, o funcionário me disse que a empresa não poderia agradar a todos os clientes.
