Tinha receio de ser oficina chique e cara demais, voltada apenas para carros premium, mas não é o caso. O atendente foi atencioso, além de transmitir com segurança o conhecimento sobre a mecânica do meu carro. Levantaram as hipóteses de causas para o problema. Na primeira hipótese o problema já foi resolvido. Eles enviaram videos dos testes com o carro, o que superou minha expectativa. O preço não foi alto. Não tentaram empurrar outros serviços. Com certeza passarei a fazer as revisões periódicas nessa oficina.
Report of my first experience: I had to schedule more than 2 weeks in advance. The workshop is clean and organized. I was afraid that it would be too fancy and too expensive, focused only on premium cars, but that is not the case. The attendant was attentive, in addition to safely transmitting knowledge about my car mechanics. They raised the hypothesis of causes for the problem. In the first hypothesis the problem has already been solved. They sent videos of the tests with the car, which exceeded my expectation. The price was not high. They did not try to push other services. I will certainly start to make periodic revisions in this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro é um Sandero RS, apresentou um defeito de ficar engasgando e desligando, guinchei para esta oficina por indicação, o primeiro problema era combustível batizado, depois se debruçaram literalmente sobre meu carro, sempre me enviando vídeos, pesquisando até acharem o real problema do carro, o preço do serviço foi muito bom, o tratamento oficina/cliente perfeito, meu carro saiu como novo, melhorou o consumo e tudo mais. Excelentes profissionais, ganharam um cliente e indicarei para qualquer amigo. Nota 1000.
My car is a Sandero RS, it had a defect of choking and shutting down, I squeaked to this workshop by indication, the first problem was fuel christening, then they literally looked over my car, always sending me videos, researching until they found the real problem of the car, the service price was very good, the workshop / customer treatment was perfect, my car came out as new, consumption improved and everything. Excellent professionals, won a client and I will refer to any friend. Note 1000.
