Solicitei um orçamento de um sonometro no dia 30/04/2020, e não obtive nenhum retorno.
No dia 09/07/2020 solicitei outro orçamento, agora de 3 itens (sonometro, luximetro e anemometro), e mais uma vez vocês fizeram pouco caso.
Creio que o atendimento de vocês, pelo menos via email, está deixando a desejar.
Fica aqui minha insatisfação.

I requested a quote for a sound meter on 04/30/2020, and I didn't get any return.
On 07/07/2020 I asked for another budget, now of 3 items (sonometer, luximeter and anemometer), and once again you paid little attention.
I believe that your service, at least via email, is leaving something to be desired.

E se for pagar seguindo o que consta na proposta no prazo dado inicialmente ainda arrisca ter o nome negativado. CUIDADO EM COMPRAR PRODUTOS DESSA EMPRESA, ELES NÃO SEGUEM AS CONDIÇÕES QUE ELES MESMOS COLOCAM NA PROPOSTA.
