★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodoviária fraca, tá mais pra um ponto de ônibus coberto e só, estrutura muito simples e com pouca opções de ônibus que saiam ou tragam passageiros de outras cidades da região, até à cidade de Luís Correa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodoviaria suja banheiros imundos, muito longe de uma rodoviária de respeito, estrutura muito antiga, esperava mais por se tratar de uma rodoviaria de uma região litorânea, com pontos turísticos! Sem contar o atendimento da guichê da guanabara que é péssimo, e pra ser 08:00 o rapaz por nome DANIEL, CHEGAS 8:20 e olhe lá, um descaso, ainda por cima não sabe tratar bem os clientes, sobre isso irei formalizar a reclamação na guanabara! Mais enfim, esperava muito mais!
Dirty road, filthy bathrooms, far from a respectable bus station, very old structure, I expected more because it was a highway in a coastal region, with tourist attractions! Not to mention the service at the guanabara window, which is terrible, and to be 8:00 am the guy by name DANIEL, ARRIVES 8:20 and look, he doesn't know how to treat customers well, I'll formalize the complaint in guanabara! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor que a rodoviária de Nova Mutum MT, com toda a certeza, a estrutura é bem melhor.
Mas como uma cidade turística, onde os munícipes sobrevivem do turismo, dá pra melhorar muito e reforçar a questão de segurança.
Mas falta banheiros para portadores de necessidades especiais.
Não há possibilidade de banho no local.
Não há tomadas para recarregar de celulares junto aos bancos de espera..
Não há wi-fi.
Não há corrimão na escadaria de acesso ao embarque.
Não há corrimão na rampa de acesso, além da rampa ter o piso escorregadio e cheio de areia, não me aventurei a descer pela rampa com a mala de rodinhas, e nem recomendo, pois o piso realmente é extremamente liso.
Já para a parte superior, a escadaria tem um corrimão de madeira, muito grosso, a sua mão não envolve com segurança o putaqueopariu em caso de queda e, se a lanchonete funciona, não há acesso para portadores de necessidades especiais..
Eu fui bem recebido pela pousada da Vera, que inclusive mandou um carro nos buscar às 00:30 , que cobrou apenas 20 reais.

There is no handrail on the boarding access stairs.
There is no handrail on the access ramp, in addition to the ramp having a slippery floor and full of sand, I did not venture down the ramp with the suitcase on wheels, and I do not recommend it, as the floor is really extremely smooth.
As for the upper part, the staircase has a wooden handrail, very thick, your hand does not securely wrap the putaqueopariu in case of a fall and, if the cafeteria works, there is no access for people with special needs.
I was well received by Vera's inn, who even sent a car to pick us up at 00:30, which only charged 20 reais.
