★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não poderia de deixar de formalizar minha gratidão pelos serviços prestados pela HighWay, unidade Edgar Facó. Em especial ao gerente Thiago e ao mecânico Lucas. Ambos foram muito profissionais e atenciosos no atendimento.
Por boa experiência com os pneus Goodyear (Assurance), buscava um local para colocá-los. Então através de uma indicação, liguei para empresa e fui bem orientado pela Carolina. Cheguei na unidade e fui prontamente atendido. O mecânico Lucas colocou meu veículo no elevador e cuidou para verificar se havia irregularidades na parte de suspensão/direção, mesmo o serviço sendo somente troca de pneus. Me chamou, explicou devidamente cada ponto. Nitidamente deu para ver os defeitos, ao qual nem mesmo meu mecânico havia notado. Junto com o gerente Thiago cuidaram para fazer um preço adequado e dentro de minhas condições, uma vez que não contava com tais ajustes, e assim sair com o veículo totalmente ajustado.
Fazia muito tempo que não recebia um serviço com tanta dedicação e prestatividade, com a preocupação em agradar e sanar TODAS as necessidades do veículo para rodar o melhor possível.
Ficou excelente a direção.
Deus abençõe à toda equipe HighWay, que preza pela satisfação completa do cliente.

I could not fail to formalize my gratitude for the services provided by HighWay, Edgar Facó unit. Especially to manager Thiago and mechanic Lucas. Both were very professional and attentive.
Due to good experience with Goodyear tires (Assurance), I was looking for a place to put them. So through a referral, I called the company and was well guided by Carolina. I arrived at the unit and was promptly attended to. The mechanic Lucas put my vehicle on the lift and took care to check for irregularities in the suspension/steering part, even though the service was just a tire change. He called me, explained each point properly. I could clearly see the defects, which not even my mechanic had noticed. Together with the manager Thiago, they took care to make an adequate price and within my conditions, since I didn't have such adjustments, and thus leave with the vehicle fully adjusted.
It had been a long time since I received a service with such dedication and helpfulness, with the concern to please and solve ALL the needs of the vehicle to run the best possible.
The direction was excellent.
God bless the entire HighWay team, which values complete customer satisfaction.
