Instalação feita no outro dia, bem rápida
Internet é Boa, ainda concluindo os testes , pq eu gosto de jogá games de PC e de console
Um diferencial foi o atendimento para a liberação de ip fixo (sem custos adicionais), por conta do meu console (quem joga vai saber do que eu tô falando) a atendente foi muito prestativa com retorno rápido.
Outro ponto, o pessoal da instalação foi bem prestativo ao ponto de já ter identificado que no meu setor havia um problema de "velocidade" referente a uma das "caixas"(ele falou o nome mais esqueci) com problema e veio no mesmo dia fazer o reteste (nem havia solicitado)
Downloads (games pesados) até o presente momento via PC super tranquilo, downloads no xbox one tudo tranquilo, teste de velocidade o técnico fez chega os 35m na minha frente.
Acredito ser a melhor opção do Barrio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Hilink melhorou muito nos últimos meses. O serviço oferecido, pelo menos em minha residência, é de excelente qualidade. Raras as vezes que a conexão fica instável e por pouquíssimo tempo. O atendimento é bom, resolve, mesmo pelo Whatsapp, e os prestadores são muito profissionais quando precisam ir à residência para resolver algum problema. Os valores em fibra tem um ótimo custo-benefício. A área de cliente no site e no aplicativo (sim, tem um aplicativo muito bom!) é muito intuitiva, fácil de navegar e resolve quase tudo por lá! Só não dou 5 estrelas porque precisa melhorar alguns informações para o consumidor quando houver mudanças nos serviços (velocidade, valores, manutenção, etc). No mais, muito recomendado!
