As atendentes que fazem a baixa do pedido no sistema ficam conversando no whatsapp ao invés de dar continuidade no atendimento, muitas vezes falando com pessoas da família sobre motivos não relacionados ao trabalho. Estão deixando a desejar.
My last trips in the franchise left something to be desired. The attendants who download the order in the system are chatting on whatsapp instead of continuing the service, often talking to family members about reasons unrelated to work. They are leaving something to be desired.
