★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar simples que atende muito bem ao que precisamos. Já conheci franquias muito chiques, até mesmo com piscina em seu prédio, mas que não possuía todos os itens que eu precisava. Esta franquia até agora não me falhou em produtos e por ser perto da minha casa, é perfeita para mim!
 A simple place that serves very well what we need. I've met very fancy franchises, even with a pool in their building, but that didn't have all the items I needed. This franchise so far hasn't failed me in products and because it's close to my house, it's perfect for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei péssimo o atendimento. Me deixaram esperando mais de 20 minutos pra pagar o meu pedido. Tinha duas pessoas conferindo mercadoria dentro do estoque e o caixa vazio. Questionei ao rapaz da entrega de produtos que simplesmente me pediu pra esperar. Depois da longa espera, peguei os meus produtos e na hora de sair o rapaz da entrega entrou no estoque, ainda tive que ir atrás dele pra pedir pra abrir o portão, senão teria que fica lá esperando a boa vontade. No final das contas percebi que eles estão preocupados com tudo, menos em atender aos clientes. Só pretendo voltar nessa franquia se for a última da última opção.
I thought the service was terrible. They left me waiting more than 20 minutes to pay for my order. There were two people checking goods in the stock and the cashier was empty. I asked the product delivery guy who simply asked me to wait. After the long wait, I picked up my products and when it was time to leave the delivery guy went into stock, I still had to go after him to ask to open the gate, otherwise I would have to stay there waiting for the good will. At the end of the day I realized that they are concerned with everything but serving customers. I only intend to return to this franchise if it is the last of the last option.
