Terrible attendance!!! I took my machine to repair and it came missing parts. Lots of disorganization. My machine came out dirty all over the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, deixei uma maquina para regular e voltou com peças quebradas e me informaram que foi dado um jeitinho, a maquina esta na garantia e fui cobrado R$ 150,00 para troca uma peça, como não quiz pagar, fizeram isso...... uma vergonha, falta de respeito !!!!!!!
PAST SERVICE, I left a machine to regulate and came back with broken parts and they informed me that it was fixed, the machine is under warranty and I was charged R $ 150.00 to exchange a part, as I didn't want to pay, they did it ... ... a shame, lack of respect !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ! Minha máquina de costura está Ha 2 meses para conserto e nenhuma resposta. Insclusive teve um dia desses que disseram que a máquina estava pronta e fui buscar, quando cheguei disseram que não estava pronta, aliás nem haviam mexido!!! Não recomendo essa loja .
Terrible attendance ! My sewing machine has been repaired for 2 months and no response. Insclusive had one of these days that said the machine was ready and I went to get it, when I arrived they said it wasn't ready, in fact they hadn't even touched it !!! I don't recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e serviço. O senhor que atende é um grosseiro e mal educado, fui buscar minha máquina que tá na garantia da Singer, eles não testaram, me entregaram ela toda suja e com arranhões, nem parecia a mesma. Não recomendo a ninguém, e se pudesse não marcaria nem uma estrela.

Gostaria de manifestar que a empresa não tem gabarito para continuar no mercado.
