Liguei para fazer um orçamento de uma escada e ele me deu o valor dos degraus. Pedi o valor total e ele me disse que era para eu fazer o cálculo. Eu não fiz o cálculo porque queria saber o valor total que normalmente inclui a instalação. Ele ainda foi arrogante .
