★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um empanado que custava na gondola $ 5,99. Ao passar no caixa, estava por R$11,00. O gerente foi chamado. Primeiramente nos atendeu sem máscara, e ainda nos tratou como se "estivéssemos pedindo um favor". Foi a primeira vez que tínhamos ido no hiperbom.
ORIENTO a esse "gerente" passar por um treinamento de atendimento ao cliente, onde fosse demonstrado ao mesmo, a importância de cada cliente ao entrar no estabelecimento.
Não acredito que o dono dessa empresa, compactue dessa tal postura.
We bought a breaded one that cost $5.99 on the gondola. When I went to the cashier, it was for R$11.00. The manager was called. First he attended us without a mask, and still treated us as if "we were asking for a favor". It was the first time we had gone to the hyperbom.
I ADVISE this "manager" to undergo customer service training, where the importance of each customer when entering the establishment was demonstrated.
I don't believe that the owner of this company agrees with this attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto do local (ambiente) mas acho os produtos um pouco caros. Acho a padaria excelente ! Produtos gostosos e sempre muito novos. Deveriam investir mais em produtos para cachorros e gatos (mercado pet) pois tinha e foram tirados. Bjs
I like the location (environment) but I find the products a bit expensive. I find the bakery excellent! Delicious products and always very new. They should invest more in products for dogs and cats (pet market) because they had and were taken. Kisses
