★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre muito bem atendido no presencial, no delivery tem que dar uma melhorada, pedido as vezes solicitado as... digamos: 14h vindo chegar as 19h o incomodo nesse caso não é a demora e sim o horario noite. Mas anti mão digo, jmadas melhores de teresina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sou cliente a 3 anos e todo mês ligo para solicitar medicação, sempre bem atendida, mais hoje liguei pois pelo zap demora muito o atendimento, e o funcionário João me atendeu já agitado falando alto pedi para ele se acalmar, e queria falar com outro atendente e ele falou que nao tinha que todos estavam ocupados, ai desliguei .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedidos algumas vezes e TODAS as vezes tive problemas, péssimo atendimento, demora na entrega, mudei de farmácia para compra de itens da minha filha.

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. HE MADE ME BUY A SPECIAL DRUG AND THEY DID NOT EVEN SAY THAT I COULD RECEIVE THE DRUG AT THE PEOPLE'S PHARMACY FOR FREE. I ONLY FOUND OUT AFTER I WENT TO ANOTHER PHARMACY. LACK OF EMPATHY WITH THE CUSTOMER. THEY JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW TO PROFIT AT ALL COSTS. ZERO NOTE FOR SERVICE. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WALKED IN THAT PHARMACY. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING IN THIS LOCATION. THE ONLY LOSSES STAYED FOR ME AND THE BENEFITS FOR THEM. ZERO STAR
