Minha camiseta da Sufgang veio com um pequeno defeito perto da manga, entrei em contato com eles e disseram que eu podia trocar se quisesse, pelo transtorno eu resolvi ficar com ela, mas mesmo assim me deram um cupom de desconto na loja. Infelizmente o defeito não tem a ver com a loja deles em si, pois são somente uma redistribuidora, estou dando 5 estrelas pelo atendimente excepcional.
They were super attentive! My Sufgang t-shirt came with a small defect near the sleeve, I contacted them and they said I could exchange it if I wanted, because of the inconvenience I decided to keep it, but they still gave me a discount coupon at the store. Unfortunately, the defect has nothing to do with their store itself, as they are only a redistributor, I'm giving 5 stars for the exceptional service.
