Ele disse que seriam, em média, 12 sessões. Fiz 24 sessoes(semanais), que não foram baratas, e não senti diferença. Depois de gastar uma pequena fortuna, sem efeito, larguei o tratamento.
 Very polite therapist but the treatment did absolutely nothing for me. I looked up the therapist (by google) to treat a specific fear. He said it would be, on average, 12 sessions. I did 24 sessions (weekly), which were not cheap, and I didn't feel any difference. After spending a small fortune to no avail, I dropped out of treatment.
