★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local onde trabalham em família, e por sinal muito mal educados, o cliente chega, fica aguardando um atendimento não tem, você pergunta algo e respondem apenas sim ou não, não dão noção de tempo, inclusive quando fui verificar uma chave de seta, passaram dois conhecidos na frente. Falta de respeito. Deveriam ficar no Japão mesmo. Não recomendo.
A place where they work as a family, and by the way very rude, the customer arrives, waits for a service, they don't have it, you ask something and they just answer yes or no, they don't give a sense of time, even when I went to check an arrow key, they passed two acquaintances at the front. Lack of respect. They should stay in Japan anyway. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só estou escrevendo esse comentando pra alertar. Por que com certeza não vão resolver meu problema. Levei meu carro lá apenas pra trocar o chicote (conector) da bobina do meu 307 hoje (sabado). Cheguei com o carro funcionando e sai com o carro com a bobina falhando. Tecnico pata de elefante, pisou fudeo !
Deu 12h30 parecia que alguem ligou pra ele alertando pra ele voltar pra casa logo (Ricardão ctz), tava todo desesperado com o horario ao invez de tentar resolver o problema.
Sem contar que fiquei quase 1h esperando ele voltar a me atender, pois foi atender quem estava chegando. Já não é a primeira vez que tive o mesmo tipo de atendimento. Se vc for conhecido do Roberto (japa), OK, será bem atendido, senao, ficará em segundo plano. Perdi $70 de alerta pra nunca mais voltar.
Pro troxão racista abaixo que citou que eles deveriam voltar pro Japão, fiz a denuncia pro Google, pois tb sou japa e a qualidade de atendimento não tem nada a ver com a etnia e sim carater e qualidade tecnica dos que mantem essa auto-eletrica. Tem japas bons e ruins, nao vamos generalizar.
I'm just writing this comment to warn you. Because they sure won't solve my problem. I took my car there just to change the wire harness (connector) on my 307's coil today (Saturday). I arrived with the car running and left with the car with the coil failing. Elephant paw technician, stomped fudeo!
It was 12:30 it looked like someone called him telling him to come home soon (Ricardão ctz), he was all desperate with the time instead of trying to solve the problem.
Not to mention that I spent almost 1 hour waiting for him to answer me again, because he was answering who was arriving. It's not the first time I've had the same type of service. If you are known to Roberto (Japa), OK, you will be well attended, otherwise, you will be in the background. I lost $70 alert never to return.
For the racist troxão below that mentioned that they should go back to Japan, I made the complaint to Google, because I am also japa and the quality of service has nothing to do with ethnicity, but the character and technical quality of those who maintain this auto-electric. There are good and bad Japs, let's not generalize.
