Não suporto imaginar precisar dos serviços dessa equipe despreparada e amadora. Todo dia uma humilhação diferente para entrar e sair da minha própria residência.
 Poorly trained professionals in service, are robotic and do not seek to serve with intelligence and effectiveness. I simply HATE this hiseg. I can't bear to imagine needing the services of this unprepared and amateur team. Every day a different humiliation to get in and out of my own residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temos tido muitos problemas com o sistema dessa empresa. Estamos ja com o segundo tipo de tecnologia que eles tentam implantar em nosso condomínio mas o serviço é muito insatisfatório. Não tem um padrão de funcionamento, pois nós moradores ficamos muitas vezes do lado de fora esperando a lerdeza do sistema funcionar. Atualmente estamos a mais de uma semana com o sistema sem funcionar. Quem está abrindo os portões são os operadores que também boa parte deles são muito lentos!
Nós estamos muito insatisfeitos com o serviço prestado desde a abertura dos portões, serviço pelo interfone, comunicação com a empresa... Resumindo não recomendo essa empresa!
Ainda teve um episodio que tivemos que pedir umas imagens de um evento de furto dentro do condomínio que a empresa nao conseguiu nos atender com as imagens. Inventaram mil e um problemas e acabou que nao entregaram as imagens das câmeras.
NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM ESSA EMPRESA!!!
We have had a lot of problems with this company's system. We are already with the second type of technology that they try to implement in our condominium but the service is very unsatisfactory. There is no standard of operation, as we residents are often outside waiting for the slowness of the system to work. We are currently more than a week with the system not working. Those who are opening the gates are the operators, who are also very slow!
We are very dissatisfied with the service provided since the opening of the gates, intercom service, communication with the company ... In short I do not recommend this company!
There was also an episode where we had to ask for some images of a theft event inside the condominium that the company was unable to attend to with the images. They invented a thousand and one problems and ended up not delivering images from the cameras.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY THIS COMPANY !!!
