★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a pior possível, na hora de está escolhendo os pisos vc não tem um funcionário que possa te ajudar a sua disposição, ficam todos em frente a porta batendo papo. Fui para comprar todos os pisos que precisava, porém acabei desistindo e comprando duas caixas com o que dava para colocar no piso do banheiro e na hora de irem buscar a mercadoria demoraram mais de 15 minutos, ainda trouxeram os pisos quebrados, pedi para trocar eles demoraram e ainda fizeram de conta que eu e o meu marido estavamos pedindo favores. Pedi um uber e tive que pagar mais do que o valor da corrida. Só prejuizo e chegando em casa mais outro prejuízo pois tinha 4 pedras quebradas no meio e a caixa rasgada. Enfim não volto mais nessa loja e nem compro por meio nenhum. Péssimos funcionários, péssimo serviço, péssimo de um modo geral.
the worst possible, when you're choosing the floors you don't have an employee who can help you at your disposal, they're all in front of the door chatting. I went to buy all the floors I needed, but I ended up giving up and buying two boxes with what I could put on the bathroom floor and when they went to get the goods it took more than 15 minutes, they even brought the broken floors, I asked to change them took a while and still pretended that my husband and I were asking for favors. I ordered an uber and had to pay more than the fare. I only harm and when I get home another loss because I had 4 stones broken in the middle and the box torn. Anyway, I don't go back to this store and I don't buy through any means. Bad employees, bad service, bad in general.
