★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, a uma semana comprei e instalei um engate para meu carro na HJ auto center no Coelho S.G. e voltaria para instalação da parte elétrica da carretinha, pois bem chegando na loja o Sr. Cláudio me recebeu e avisou que o eletricista estava doente e que eu teria que esperar o mesmo melhorar para fazer o serviço e eu imediatamente perguntei uma loja desse tamanho e com tanto serviço só teria um eletricista? na terça-feira liguei e falei novamente com Sr Cláudio que hoje quarta-feira 20/12/2017 eu levaria o carro com a carretinha para realizar o serviço pois teria que viajar na quinta-feira e ele disse que estava sem eletricista, ai falei que levaria que e a loja tinha que realizar o serviço pois já fazia 8 dias da instalação do engate e precisava viajar com a carretinha na quinta, ai ele já com a voz de poucos amigos disse pode trazer na quarta às 9 horas aí chegando hoje na loja dei Bom dia ao mesmo e ele com total desprezo disse para eu colocar o carro do outro lado, ai depois de uns 40 minutos veio o eletricista por sinal muito competente é gente boa, resumindo essas pessoas que atende o cliente tem que entender quem precisa e vender é eles e não o cliente então seja mais educado e simpático pois o cliente além de não voltar não indica ninguém.
Good morning, a week ago I bought and installed a hitch for my car at HJ auto center at Coelho S.G. and I would go back to install the electric part of the reel, as soon as I arrived at the store, Mr. Cláudio received me and informed me that the electrician was sick and that I would have to wait for the same improvement to do the job and I immediately asked a store of this size and with so much service would there only be an electrician? on tuesday i called and talked again with mr Cláudio that today wednesday 12/20/2017 i would take the car with the car to perform the service because i would have to travel on thursday and he said he was without an electrician, then i said that it would take that and the store had to carry out the service because it was already 8 days before the hitch was installed and needed to travel with the trailer on Thursday, then he already with the voice of a few friends said he can bring it on Wednesday at 9 am arriving today at store I said Good morning to him and with total contempt he said to put the car on the other side, then after about 40 minutes the electrician came by the way very competent are good people, summing up these people who serve the customer have to understand who needs and selling is them and not the customer so be more polite and friendly because the customer not only does not come back, but indicates no one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz escapamento, suspensão, alinhamento e balanceamento. Problemas totalmente resolvidos, sem aquela malandragem de ficar procurando defeitos no carro. Faltou só aquele cafezinho na sala de espera mas o wi-fi ajudou a distrair.
I did exhaust, suspension, alignment and balancing. Problems totally solved, without that trickery of looking for defects in the car. Only that coffee was missing in the waiting room but the wi-fi helped to distract.
