★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27/07/2021 Não indico para um bom atendimento, meu pai realizou uma visita com hora marcada hoje pela manhã no primeiro horário, total descomprometimento com o cliente, a falta de interesse não somente em test drive, mas o desconforto em esperar a "boa vontade" de alguns vendedores, indico a T-CAR a qual o atendimento é excelente e segurança em compra, independente do cliente a humildade e boa vontade fazem muita diferença.
07/27/2021 I do not recommend a good service, my father made a visit by appointment this morning at first time, total lack of commitment to the client, the lack of interest not only in the test drive, but the discomfort in waiting for " goodwill" of some sellers, I point out to T-CAR that the service is excellent and security in purchase, regardless of the customer, humility and goodwill make a lot of difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fomos ver uma Jeep, fui muito mal tratada, não queriam deixar a gente fazer teste drive, o vendedor foi super mal educado e nos atendeu de cara feia. Se pra comprar é assim imagina depois que paga.
Lousy service, we went to see a Jeep, I was treated very badly, they didn't want to let us take a test drive, the salesman was super rude and answered us with a frown. If you buy it, imagine it after you pay.

Comprei um carro que veio com problema nos vidros, motor e ar condicionado.
Tentei resolver de diversas formas até que deixarem de responder.
Notifiquei a loja que enfim resolveu me atender, achei que o problema fosse ser resolvido.
Porém, estão com meu carro faz quase 30 dias e ainda não resolveram.
NÃO COMPREM.
NÃO SÃO CONFIÁVEIS.
Lousy shop,
I bought a car that came with a problem with the windows, engine and air conditioning.
I tried to solve it in different ways until they stopped responding.
I notified the store that finally decided to serve me, I thought the problem would be solved.
However, they have been with my car for almost 30 days and still haven't solved it.
DO NOT BUY.
THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou zero porque não tem opção, pior atendimento que já tive em uma loja de carros, não queriam deixar fazer test drive, depois de insistir fiz o test o carro apresentou barulhos na suspensão, simplesmente não queriam mostrar o carro, a postura da pessoa que atendeu só mudou quando falei que ia pagar a vista. NÃO COMPREM CARRO NESSA LOJA SE O ATENDIMENTO É RUIM PARA VENDER IMAGINE SE PRECISAR DE ASSISTÊNCIA PÓS VENDA.
I just do not give zero because there is no option, the worst service I have ever had at a car store, they didn’t want to let me test drive, after insisting I did the test, the car showed noises in the suspension, they just didn’t want to show the car, the attitude of The person who answered only changed when I said I was going to pay the money. DO NOT BUY A CAR IN THIS STORE IF SERVICE IS BAD TO SELL IMAGINE IF YOU NEED AFTER SALES ASSISTANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a péssima experiência que tive foi no atendimento ref. a um anúncio de um veículo publicado na Webmotors, um Civic Touring Azul 19/20.
Entrei em contato via WhatsApp solicitando uma avaliação no meu veículo, também um Civic Touring Cinza, porém mais antigo, 16/17, solicitei apenas uma média, o mesmo me solicitou fotos as quais foram enviadas e o rapaz me informou que estava dirigindo e que assim que chegasse em casa ou no dia seguinte estaria me retornando, passaram-se uma semana e até agora nada, lamentável, fico pensando se para ter mais um cliente houve essa falta de atenção imagino após uma negociação no caso de algum problema.
Eu não recomendo.
Unfortunately the bad experience I had was in ref. to an advertisement for a vehicle published on Webmotors, a Civic Touring Azul 19/20.
I contacted via WhatsApp requesting an evaluation on my vehicle, also a Gray Civic Touring, but older, 16/17, I only requested an average, he asked for photos which were sent and the boy informed me that he was driving and that as soon as i got home or the next day i would be returning, a week passed and so far nothing, regrettable, i wonder if to have another client there was this lack of attention i imagine after a negotiation in case of any problem.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar dos carros estarem em perfeitas condições (ao menos aparentam), o atendimento foi bastante ríspido e os preços são extremamente acima da média de mercado (30% a 40% acima da FIPE).
Although the cars are in perfect condition (at least they seem to), the service was quite harsh and the prices are extremely above the market average (30% to 40% above FIPE).
