O discador não é inteligente, não funciona bem, (ao menos no serviço em nuvem), o atendimento é péssimo, os profissionais não sabem lidar com o cliente, não sabem conversar, não dão satisfação, não demonstram conhecimento e domínio da ferramenta e levam dias, (até mesmo meses), para solucionar algo simples. Já vi centenas de ferramentas e essa de longe é uma das piores. Estou saindo e NÃO RECOMENDO.
HMB Tecnologia provided me with the worst customer service and service experience I have ever experienced in my career. The dialer is not smart, it doesn't work well (at least in the cloud service), the service is terrible, the professionals don't know how to deal with the customer, they don't know how to talk, they don't give satisfaction, they don't demonstrate knowledge and mastery of the tool and they take days (even months) to solve something simple. I've seen hundreds of tools and this one is by far one of the worst. I'm leaving and I DON'T RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existem empresas e empresas, existe aquela empresa que presta serviço que não é critico o suficiente para impactar o negócio de um cliente e existe aquela que é. Quando falamos de discador, estamos falando do tipo de serviço que a empresa prestadora pode levar a operação no céu ou para o inferno. É justamente por isso que não indico a HMB, ADA, ou qualquer coisa relacionada, pois quando mais precisei, daquele conselho, de uma ajuda quando não sabia o que fazer, fui levado ao inferno. Tenho certeza que os bugs, a falta de clareza dos relatórios e a desinformação que o sistema parece gerar, me impediu de ter um desempenho melhor na minha operação.
Se você quer pagar pouco, ter um suporte insosso e rodar uma operação não muito critica, HMB É PARA VOCE,
There are companies and companies, there is that company that provides a service that is not critical enough to impact a client's business and there is one that is. When we talk about dialers, we are talking about the type of service that the company providing can take the operation in heaven or hell. That's exactly why I don't recommend the HMB, ADA, or anything related, because when I most needed that advice, that help when I didn't know what to do, I was taken to hell. I'm sure the bugs, the lack of clarity in the reports and the misinformation that the system seems to generate, prevented me from having a better performance in my operation.
If you want to pay a little, have a bland support and run a not very critical operation, HMB IS FOR YOU,
