★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida porém hoje cheguei na loja às 8h45, sabendo que ainda estava fechada e tinham dois funcionários que me viram esperando na porta. Nenhum deles veio me perguntar se eu queria aguardar no interior da loja, sentar ou até mesmo avisar que eu não poderia entrar até às 9h. Fiquei decepcionada com este tratamento.
I was always well attended but today I arrived at the store at 8:45 am, knowing that it was still closed and there were two employees who saw me waiting at the door. None of them came to ask me if I wanted to wait inside the store, sit down or even warn that I would not be able to enter until 9 am. I was disappointed with this treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa farmácia deteriorou o atendimento de uma forma inacreditável. Exemplos, demora de quase 24hrs para responder via WhatsApp, liga no fixo ninguém atende, envia inbox no Instagram sem resposta também. Manipulava mensalmente florais com eles e eu não tinha nem meu nome/endereço no sistema, eu tive que cobrar para ter meus dados inseridos no sistema. Por último uma pessoa chamada Carolina informa que estão com uma demanda muito grande e por isso o péssimo não atendimento ao cliente. Enfim, se tem alta na demanda contrata uma equipe maior para dar conta de atender telefone, WhatsApp e Instagram ou encerra as atividades!
Deixo de ser cliente para não mais voltar!
This pharmacy deteriorated the service in an unbelievable way. Examples, it takes almost 24hrs to answer via WhatsApp, calls at the landline no one answers, sends an inbox on Instagram with no response as well. I manipulated florals monthly with them and I didn't even have my name / address in the system, I had to charge to have my data entered in the system. Finally, a person named Carolina informs you that they are in very high demand and that is why their customer service is not good. Anyway, if there is high demand, hire a larger team to handle answering phone, WhatsApp and Instagram or terminate activities!
I stop being a customer and never come back!
