★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei várias ligações, em algumas fui informada que liguei muito cedo e que estavam tomando café, em outras ligações mostram-se muito agressivos no atendimento ao cliente, sempre referindo que tal produto não está disponível e quando perguntado sobre outros produtos ficam claramente irritados. Praticamente temos que implorar por atendimento. Por email dificilmente respondem ao que foi questionado. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente.
I made several calls, in some I was informed that I called too early and that they were drinking coffee, in other calls they are very aggressive in customer service, always mentioning that such a product is not available and when asked about other products they are clearly irritated. We practically have to beg for assistance. By email they hardly respond to what was questioned. Poor customer service.
