★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pecimo atendimento . Comprei meu carro lá . Pois um vendendo chamado Bruno. Não cumpriu com sua palavra de trocar os itens do carro que estavam quebrandos. O mesmo pediu pra passar um cola e me entregou assim mesmo. Sem contar que fiquei com um saldo positivo na loja pra receber um valor de sinal. E o mesmo agiou de má fé não passando a informação para o cetor correto para que me devolvecem o meu saldo positivo que eu tinha na loja. Não recomendo a compra lá. Minha opinião. Vendedor com 2 palavras . Depois que efetuou a venda não cumpriu com o combinado . Fiquem atentos

Not to mention that I had a positive balance in the store to receive a down payment. And he acted in bad faith, not passing the information on to the correct collector so that my positive balance that I had at the store will be returned to me. I don't recommend buying there. Comprei um Cobalt há pouco tempo e tive que arcar com vários problemas, o mais recente no ar condicionado(prejuízo de R$ 600,00) que mais uma vez ela se negar a assumir a responsabilidade, enfim essa empresa é sinônimo de dor de cabeça. Os comentários das outras pessoas elogiando são de pessoas que não tiveram problemas com o carro. Não indico pra ninguém!! Não vale a pena comprar carro com ela.

Um vendedor por nome Bruno vendeu um carro ao meu esposo dizendo que tinha feito todos os serviços necessários e depois de 15 dias de entregue o carro deu defeito exatamente onde o vendedor disse que foi feito o reparo e ainda por cima só refez o serviço pq iríamos entrar com um processo na justiça! São mentirosos. Não comprem! Atendimento ruim, pós venda horrível e são mentirosos! Meu esposo se arrependeu amargamente de ter negociado com essa loja! Fujam! Estamos analisando com nosso advogado a possibilidade de entrar com um processo de danos morais contra essa loja!
Guys, don't buy a car at this agency! The customer service is terrible and the after sales service is even worse! A salesman by the name of Bruno sold a car to my husband saying that he had done all the necessary services and after 15 days of delivery the car was defective exactly where the salesman said the repair was done and on top of that he only redid the service because we would go file a lawsuit in court! They are liars. Do not buy! Bad service, horrible after sales and they are liars! My husband bitterly regretted dealing with this store! run away! We are analyzing with our lawyer the possibility of filing a moral damage lawsuit against this store!
