★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no delivery e veio errado (não foi culpa do entregador, o pacote estava selado e a nota fiscal correta), entrei em contato e não foi retificado o produto e eu tive q jogar fora pq eu não gostei do q veio. Fora isso, a batata frita estava muito boa.
 I placed an order at the delivery and it came wrong (it was not the fault of the delivery man, the package was sealed and the correct invoice), I contacted and the product was not rectified and I had to throw it away because I didn't like what it came. Other than that, the fries were very good.

Não coloco opiniões negativas de primeira em um estabelecimento, mas como fui lá mais de uma vez comprovei a forma desagradável como somos tratados como clientes. Comida feita no almoço para o jantar (sim, confirmado pelo caixa), arroz e baião secos, com gosto de velho. Quanto ao atendimento, pela segunda vez fui mau atendido pela moça que entrega os pratos. Pela última, ela me entregou uma tábua fervendo e não avisou, me fazendo queimar os dedos. Infelizmente não recomendo para ninguém, diferente do HTN do North shopping que tem uma excelente equipe e eu sempre como por lá.
Always a bad experience. I don't put negative opinions at first in an establishment, but as I went there more than once I proved the unpleasant way we are treated as customers. Food made for lunch for dinner (yes, confirmed by the cashier), dry rice and baião, with an old taste. As for the service, for the second time I was poorly attended by the girl who delivers the dishes. For the last, she handed me a boiling board and didn't warn me, making my fingers burn. Unfortunately I do not recommend it to anyone, unlike the HTN of North shopping which has an excellent team and I always eat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo rappi, o pedido veio errado e não resolveram meu problema.
Era pra ser 2 super cricken picante e veio isso dai da foto, pão errado, sem cebola crocante e sem queijo, ainda veio com um creme de cheddar ruim... Já comi lá outras vezes, por isso sei que estava errado, mas pessima experiência, ainda estão se recusando a realizar estorno, mesmo o pedido chegando atraso e eu tendo reclamado do pedido vir errado quase que imediatamente!
I made a request through rappi, the request came wrong and they didn't solve my problem.
It was supposed to be 2 super spicy cricken and it came from the picture, wrong bread, no crispy onion and no cheese, it even came with a bad cheddar cream... I've eaten there other times, so I know I was wrong, but terrible experience, they are still refusing to carry out a chargeback, even though the order is late and I have complained about the order being wrong almost immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colaboradores sem nem um pingo de profissionalismo com o cliente se não podem e não tem capacidade para atender delivery encerre e ñ fazer o cliente esperar mais de uma hora por um simples frango empanado ou esse pessoal muda a forma de trabalhar e busca a motivação dentro de si mesmo ou procurem outro ramo enquanto outras lojas da mesma rede o fazem porque só o Hot'nTender Benfica apresenta um péssima qualidade atendimento ao cliente.
Employees without even an ounce of professionalism with the customer, if they cannot and do not have the capacity to serve delivery, stop and ñ make the customer wait more than an hour for a simple breaded chicken or these people change the way they work and seek motivation within themselves or look for another branch while other stores in the same chain do so because only Hot'nTender Benfica has a terrible quality of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior de fortaleza, demora muito na entrega e cancela o pedido com mais de uma hora de atraso. Não nos atendem de forma alguma. Realizei o pedido através do Ifood mas me decepcionei com a falta de respeito ao cliente. Nunca mais!
Worse than fortress, it takes too long to deliver and cancels the order more than an hour late. They don't attend to us at all. I placed the order through Ifood but I was disappointed with the lack of respect for the customer. Never!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Pedi ontem 3 sanduíches pelo Ifood e simplesmente o cuidado com a embalagem de entrega foi ZERO. E isso em plena pandemia. Os sanduíches vieram embalados em papel, ok, mas que não cobria o sanduíche todo, estavam expostos e vieram jogados dentro de um saco plástico vagabundo e que também estava aberto! Ou seja, teve contato com sei lá quantas superfícies até chegar a minha casa! Além disso não veio o molho. Vieram só os sanduíches bem mal feitos e amassados. Eu pensei que por ser franquia poderia ser mais seguro de pedir. Mas do jeito que veio, não consumi! Seria MUITO RISCO. Veio aberto! Absurdo!
Bad experience! I ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday at Ifood and simply the care with the delivery packaging was ZERO. And this is in the middle of a pandemic. The sandwiches came packaged in paper, ok, but that didn't cover the whole sandwich, they were exposed and came thrown in a plastic bag that was also open! That is, he had contact with who knows how many surfaces until he reached my house! Also, the sauce didn't come. Only badly made and mashed sandwiches came. I thought that being a franchise it could be safer to ask. But the way it came, I didn't consume it! It would be VERY RISK. It came open! Absurd!

Sanduíche frio, ruim, sem sabor e sem graça.

By far the worst sandwich I've ever eaten, but combined with the bad delivery, not answering the phone, it was perfect.
Cold, bad, tasteless and bland sandwich.
