★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único ponto positivo foi a simpatia das moças da recepção .
O hotel é péssimo , a entrada parece uma pensão do subúrbio , quarto horroroso , sem mesa de cabeceira /abajur (meu telefone ficou no chão ) cortinas caindo , frigobar barulhento , acústica péssima (não se consegue dormir com o barulho da rua e falatório no quarto ao lado ) , banheiro minúsculo com chuveiro elétrico que mal sai água , até a maçaneta da porta do wc ficou na minha mão . O local do café da manhã é deprimente , produtos de quinta qualidade e reposição deficiente .
A falta de capricho e cuidado é lamentável
Não recomendo e não volto !!!
 The only positive point was the friendliness of the reception girls.
The hotel is terrible, the entrance looks like a pension in the suburbs, horrible room, no bedside table / lamp (my phone was on the floor) curtains falling, noisy fridge, bad acoustics (you can't sleep with the street noise and chatter in the room next door ) , tiny bathroom with electric shower that barely comes out with water , even the handle of the toilet door was in my hand . Breakfast spot is depressing , poor quality products and poor replenishment .
The lack of whim and care is regrettable
I don't recommend and won't be back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel com excelente localização!!! Quarto super confortável (cama e roupa de cama ótima) e um ar condicionado que realmente gela. Chuveiro excelente. A acústica não é das melhores, principalmente pq a limpeza começa bem cedo então dá para acordar com as camas do quarto ao lado sendo arrastadas. Não me incomodou particularmente, mas para quem gosta de dormir mais pode ser ruim. A única coisa mais chatinha foi que o check in é as 14h e não há qualquer flexibilidade mínima quanto a isto. Se vc chegar 13h50 vai esperar até as 14h do mesmo jeito. Ponto positivo - deixam estacionar no estacionamento mesmo antes do check in. Atendimento da recepção também achei bom.
Hotel with excellent location!!! Super comfortable room (great bed and bedding) and an air conditioning that really freezes. Excellent shower. The acoustics are not the best, mainly because cleaning starts very early so you can wake up with the beds in the next room being dragged. It didn't particularly bother me, but for those who like to sleep more it can be bad. The only annoying thing was that check in is at 2 pm and there is no minimum flexibility in this regard. If you arrive at 1:50 pm you will wait until 2 pm anyway. Positive point - they let you park in the parking lot even before check in. Reception service was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei neste hotel de 18 a 20 de jan/2022. Nunca MAIS!! Só havia um quarto disponível e não avisaram minha mulher que era um quarto adaptado. Por falta de opção, não quisemos voltar 400 km que havíamos andado. Um café muito 'meia boca' e só tem gente mal educada logo de manhã. O chuveiro da década de 80, está preparado para ficar apenas no quente. Só é permitido ligar ou desligar o chuveiro. Uma ducha bem barata resolveria esse problema. Tive de tomar banho frio. Estádia cara, materiais de 3ª categoria no quarto e muita, mas muita falta de educação e muito desrespeito com os hóspedes. Educação não é o ponto forte do hotel que só vale pela sua localização. Aliás, bem mal adaptado para virar um hotel. Parece um labirinto para chegarmos ao quarto. Não fico mais nesse hotel nem de graça. Fica o aviso para as pessoas de bom senso. Uma estrela só pq não tem 0 estrelas como opção.
I stayed at this hotel from Jan 18-20, 2022. Never!! There was only one room available and my wife was not informed that it was an adapted room. For lack of option, we didn't want to go back 400 km that we had walked. A very 'half-mouth' cafe and there are only rude people first thing in the morning. The shower from the 80s, is prepared to stay only in the hot. It is only allowed to turn the shower on or off. A very cheap shower would solve this problem. I had to take a cold shower. Expensive stay, 3rd category materials in the room and a lot, but a lot of lack of manners and a lot of disrespect for guests. Education is not the hotel's strong point, which is only worth it for its location. In fact, well adapted to become a hotel. It looks like a maze to get to the room. I won't stay in this hotel anymore, not even for free. A warning for people of common sense. One star only because it doesn't have 0 stars as an option.
