Comprei uma camisa pólo manga longa de presente e como ela não serviu na pessoa presenteada eu fui trocar (já havia me certificado, no ato da compra, e tinha a confirmação deles de que eu poderia trocar sem cupom fiscal, mas, mesmo assim levei o meu cupom fiscal). Cheguei lá e falei com a Gerente e ela me disse que não tinha o tamanho "P" que eu precisava para troca. Perguntei o que fazer e ela me disse com má - vontade: "Vê outra aí" e apontou para uma estante de roupas sem nem me olhar. Relevei e enquanto eu buscava uma outra camisa( só tinha pólo manga-curta) na estante ela me perguntou em voz alta na frente de um outro cliente: "Você já usou esta camisa? Ela tá furada e foi costurada". Fui até ela constrangido mas mantendo toda a calma possível e expliquei que a camisa não me servia e foi presente meu de aniversário para uma outra pessoa que experimentou e me devolveu para troca. Ela insistiu : "olha aqui, tá costurada". Não vi nada mas devolvi a pergunta: "você quer me dizer que você me vendeu uma camisa estragada como nova ou sugerir que eu furei a camisa, mandei costurar e vim aqui trocar por outra diferente da que eu queria inicialmente?!" Pasmem vocês: ela continuou insinuando que eu havia costurado a roupa. (A troco de quê alguém faria isso?!) Pedi meu dinheiro de volta e ela me disse que pela lei do consumidor não podia me dar o dinheiro mas outro produto no lugar. Não discuti, naturalmente, essa desinformação dela e ameacei chamar a Polícia. Impus minha voz, e pedi que ela ligasse para o chefe dela. Assim ela fez: Me devolveu R$70,00 (uma nota de 50 e 2 de 10) a camisa custou R$ 69,90 e ACREDITEM SE QUISER: ela avançou/ pulou em cima de mim para tirar minha Nota Fiscal das minhas mãos à força, dizendo que aquilo era dela. Estou vendo com minha Advogada o que fazer. (Tem câmera na Loja e vou através do Juiz pedir a gravação, se necessário for) Mas, dou claro, NOTA ZERO para esta Loja e embora, tenha preços bons e bom gosto, sempre comprei nela, o atendimento que eu tive hoje mostra o despreparo da Gerente e consequentemente me leva desistir de recomendar alguém fazer suas compras lá. A Loja fica na Rua do Arouche , próximo ao Metrô República, ótima localização mas, tornou-se um estabelecimento que eu desconheço atualmente. (tive que clicar em uma estrela porque o sistema obriga, mas, o atendimento desta loja pra mim, é ZERO)
I have been a customer of the Lodge for many years and now I leave the store unbelieving with everything that happened to me inside. I was very unfair!
I bought a long sleeve polo shirt as a present and as it did not suit the person I was going to change (I had already certified myself at the time of purchase, and had their confirmation that I could change without a tax coupon, but even so I took the my tax coupon). I got there and talked to the manager and she told me that it did not have the size "P" I needed to trade. I asked her what to do and she said to me in a bad mood, "See somebody else" and pointed to a clothes rack without even looking at me. I pointed out and while I was looking for another shirt (only had a short-sleeved polo shirt) on the shelf she asked me out loud in front of another customer: "Have you worn this shirt yet? It's punctured and stitched." I was embarrassed to her but kept as calm as possible and explained that the shirt did not serve me and was my birthday present for another person who tried and gave me back for exchange. She insisted, "Look here, it's stitched." I did not see anything but I returned the question: "Do you want to tell me that you sold me a broken shirt like new or suggest that I punctured the shirt, had it sewn and came here to change for a different one than I wanted initially ?!" You're ashamed: she kept hinting that I had sewn my clothes. (In return for what would someone do that ?!) I asked for my money back and she told me that by consumer law she could not give me the money but another product in place. I did not, of course, discuss her misinformation and threaten to call the police. I put my voice in, and asked her to call her boss. So she did: She gave me back R $ 70.00 (a note of 50 and 2 of 10) the shirt cost R $ 69,90 and BELIEVE IF YOU WANT: she advanced / jumped on top of me to get my Nota Fiscal from my hands to force, saying that it was hers. I'm seeing with my lawyer what to do. (There is a camera in the store and I go through the judge to ask for the recording, if necessary) But, I give clear, ZERO NOTE to this Lodge and although, it has good prices and good taste, I always bought it, the care I had today shows the Unpreparedness of the Manager and consequently leads me to give up recommending someone to do their shopping there. The Loja is on Rua do Arouche, near the Republica Metro, great location but, it has become an establishment that I do not know currently. (I had to click on a star because the system obliges, but, the service of this store for me, is ZERO)
