★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha classificação insatisfatoria se deu pelo lugar não aceitar o meu cão parra tosa. Recebi como justificativa : não sabemos qto tempo vai durar essa tosa, pode ser de 2 a 3 horarios e a nossa agenda é totalmente lotada; na verdade damos preferência para os animais do hotel e da creche, quase não atendemos animais de fora; para day care so aceitamos cães pequenos. Ou seja, todas as restrições para atender o meu cachorro. Mandei video e foto e nem assim souberam estimar o tempo da tosa. Má vontade? A mim, pareceu! Oras, se quase não abrem agenda para animais de fora, não deveriam colocar esse serviço à disposição. Eu procuro sempre lugares de referência para a tosa dos meus cachorros e achei que o Holiday fosse esse lugar. Meu cachorro é vira lata, do tamanho de um labrabror apenas um pouco mais alto e tem pelos medio para longo. Sequer o conhecem. Declinaram o atendimento por telefone mesmo. Lamentavel!
My unsatisfactory rating was due to the place not accepting my dog. I received it as a justification: we do not know how long this grooming will last, it can be 2 to 3 hours and our schedule is totally full; in fact, we give preference to the animals in the hotel and the daycare center, we hardly serve animals from outside; for day care we only accept small dogs. That is, all restrictions to meet my dog. I sent a video and photo and they didn't know how to estimate the time of the shearing. Ill will? It seemed to me! Now, if they hardly open an agenda for animals outside, they should not make this service available. I always look for reference places for my dogs' grooming and I thought Holiday was that place. My dog is a can, the size of a labrabror just a little taller and has medium to long hair. They don't even know him. They declined the telephone service. Unfortunate!
